I was born and raised in a small village in Albania, where big dreams often stayed just that: dreams. But even as a little girl, I knew I was meant for something more. I taught myself English, fueled by nothing but faith and fire, and dreamed of one day coming to the United States.

Against all odds, that dream became real. With grit, relentless determination, and the support of a few angels on earth who believed in me, I earned the opportunity to pursue my education in America. That journey led me to my purpose, my husband, and a life far greater than anything I could have imagined as that little girl in the mountains.

Today, I lead a powerful creative agency alongside my husband, where we build bold, beautiful brands for women with big visions. Roy&Co exists because I know what it means to believe in something bigger than yourself.
